The name Sdo Vahijo-jamfa is derived from the Gnollish language, as Sdo Vahijo-jamfa was founded by Nyhz vyim Tæ̝lnyi, who was culturaly Gnollish.

Sdo Vahijo-jamfa has a yearly average temperature of 18°C (64°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 10°C (50°F). Sdo Vahijo-jamfa covers an area of nearly 499 km2 (199 mi2), and an average elevation of 2140 m (7020 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Sdo Vahijo-jamfa was founded durring the late 14th century in summer of the year 1263, by Nyhz vyim Tæ̝lnyi. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Nyhz vyim Tæ̝lnyi.
Sdo Vahijo-jamfa was built using the conventions of Gnollish durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Sdo Vahijo-jamfa is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Sdo Vahijo-jamfa is buildings folow an organic layout of premissive flagstone streets whihch gives the city a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. Sdo Vahijo-jamfa's perhapse unnessisarily well built defences are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the city as needed.
Right off the bat Sdo Vahijo-jamfa hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Many of those buildings are schools, scriptoriums, and even one college. One can only wonder what knowledge the town has come into.

Cultural Notes
Sdo Vahijo-jamfa's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.
In Sdo Vahijo-jamfa sometimes, near one of the seasonal solstices, the sun appears to split into three and it rains from a clear sky for several hours.
The Herd Animal, Stag near Sdo Vahijo-jamfa are known to be quite timid.
Sdo Vahijo-jamfa's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves orgies to channel Enchantment energies of tier 1 via proclamations.

History
Sdo Vahijo-jamfa used to be much richer, but something happened in the last (23605 % 6)+1 years to crush its source of prosperity. Different factions of the community might be trying to grasp at the remaining dregs of wealth, others might try to restart the failed industry, and some might look for a new livelihood. Any group or entity thought responsible for the collapse is likely to be treated very harshly, and some locals might find profit in shifting the blame to their enemies.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Sdo Vahijo-jamfa was attacked by a group of nobles with their private armies. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Sdo Vahijo-jamfa lost 174 people, 299 livestock, and 46 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 142, when members of Sdo Vahijo-jamfa's militia enacted an operation to construct defenses in a particular bridge. The operation was complicated by the officer in charge of Sdo Vahijo-jamfa's forces was incompetent, and issue many foolish and-or unprofessional orders. The conflict ended with needing to break through the enemy's lines, which ended in victory for Sdo Vahijo-jamfa's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Sdo Vahijo-jamfa's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
